Roller Blinds
Our vast 300+ fabric, roller blind range has a stunning mix of sheer, blackout, plain, printed and woven fabrics.
Why not give your roller blind a sleek modern finish with one of our striking cassettes.
Made to measure to the highest standard and quality.
The blind that goes anywhere
A roller is the simplest thing we make: one piece of fabric, one tube, one mechanism. That's why it's in more rooms than anything else on this page. It sits in a recess or on the face of the wall, it takes up almost no space when it's up, and with 300-plus fabrics it can be a near-invisible white screen in a bathroom or the loudest thing in a child's bedroom.
Fabric does the work
Sheers filter light and keep the view. Blackout fabrics stop it, and we hold a large choice of blackout colours rather than the usual three, which matters when the room has to be dark and still look like the rest of the house. Between the two sit the dimout plains, the printed patterns and the woven textures.
Moisture-resistant fabrics go in bathrooms and over kitchen sinks. Some of our rollers coordinate with the pleated and vertical ranges in the same cloth, so a kitchen diner with a roller at the sink and a vertical across the patio door can match exactly instead of nearly.
Cassettes, and why they're worth it
An open roller shows the tube and the brackets. A cassette boxes the roll in a slim casing, with side channels if you want them, and it does three things: it looks finished, it stops the light leaking over the top of a blackout blind in a bedroom, and it keeps dust off the roll. Cassettes come in a range of colours to complement the fabric or the frame.
For a bedroom where someone works nights, a blackout fabric in a cassette with side channels is as close to a dark room as a blind gets.
Controls and child safety
Side chain as standard. Blinds supplied in the UK have to meet BS EN 13120, so every chain we fit gets its breakaway connector and a tensioner screwed to the wall or frame at the installation. Spring-operated and motorised versions remove the chain entirely, and motorised rollers are the ones we fit most often on high windows, stairwells and anything above a kitchen worktop. We're Somfy certified, so they can join an existing system.
What roller blinds cost
Priced per opening. Size first, then the fabric, then whether it's open, in a cassette, or in a cassette with channels, then the operation. A plain dimout in a small bathroom and a blackout in a cassette across a bedroom bay are a long way apart, which is why there's no list price.

Common questions
How dark is blackout, really?
The fabric itself passes no light. What you see at the edges is the gap between blind and reveal, so if the room has to be properly dark, ask for a cassette with side channels.
Recess or face fit?
Recess looks neater and keeps the sill usable. Face fit covers the gaps and suits a shallow reveal or a tilt-and-turn window. We decide it with you at the measure, window by window.
Can I clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth, no detergent. Most of our fabrics are coated enough to take it. Don't put a roller in a washing machine.
Will one roller cover a wide window?
Up to a point. Past a certain width the tube deflects in the middle and the fabric runs off true, so a wide opening is better as two or three blinds on a shared headrail. We tell you where that line falls on your window.
What's the guarantee?
